Twins Trust is a national registered charity which supports families like yours who are expecting twins, triplets or more. We understand the unique challenges you face and are here to help you. This booklet has been put together to support you from the start of your journey through pregnancy until your babies are around six weeks old. It will help you to explore how you are feeling, how your pregnancy affects your relationships, how to take care of yourself, what support is available, how you can get to know your babies and take care of them.
