The Task Force acknowledges input from Matthias Till (Statistics Austria). The chapters of the Guide have been discussed and agreed by the entire Task Force. Some organizations took primary responsibility for drafting certain chapters, as follows: chapters 1 and 2 by UNDP and UNECE, chapter 3 by the United Kingdom (ONS), and chapters 4 and 5 by OPHI. Ben Slay (UNDP) edited the entire Guide.
