The FIM, through the Grand Prix Commission and the Grand Prix Permanent Bureau, may at any time amend any or all provisions of the Regulations. Any subsequent changes that take place after the printed versions are completed will be made electronically, and the on-line versions will be the prevailing versions. Which shall meet on a regular basis to discuss and decide on all issues of the FIM Grand Prix pertinent to the respective interests of the members. The procedures for the calling of meetings of the Permanent Bureau and for procedures during such meetings (which may be held by telephone or other electronic means) and for the appointment and/or vacancy of representatives and all procedures for their deliberations shall be as mutually agreed by the members from time to time provided always that a decision of the Permanent Bureau shall only be effective with and upon the unanimous vote of the members.
