develop Tae Kwon do as a uniquely Korean art superior in both spirit and technique to Japanese karate. This art which was modern Tae Kwon Do was founded on the 11th April 1955. Grand master Choi then set himself to the task of bringing Tae Kwon Do to the rest of the world.
